The Liberated Cook Inc. was founded by Andrew and Jennifer Hewson who had first-hand knowledge of the stress related to working full-time, picking up kids from daycare and school, shuttling them off to after-school activities, and trying to find time to prepare a quick wholesome family dinner each night. They also recognized that a perfect solution one week might not be a perfect solution the next. Their quest for creative meal solutions "under one roof" led to the creation of The Liberated Cook Inc.
