Gourmet Chicken Masala
Ready Made Meal Cooking Instructions:

  1. Start this recipe for this ready made meal by Mixing garlic and salt in lemon juice and rubbing it over de-skinned chicken.

  2. Mix yogurt, turmeric, pepper, black mustard seeds, salt.

  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over all pieces of chicken and you are ready for the next half of this ready made meals menu.

  4. Congratulations this ready made meal is almost done. Add some real flavour by marinating the chicken in yogurt mixture over night in fridge.

  5. Bake chicken at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-60 minutes or until cooked

  6. Enjoy this ready made meal at home when you have the time, or order online a ready made meal package and freeze the meals for nights you can't cook.

Chicken Tikka Masala Ready Made Meal

(serves 4)

Gourmet Chicken Masala
Ready Made Meal Cooking Instructions:

  1. Start this ready made meal by adding some yoghurt and the spices tumeric, cumin/coriander mix, paprika, green chillies, salt, and chicken. Mix well

  2. Empty into a roasting tin, spread evenly and grill on high heat, approximately 7 minutes on either side or until the chicken starts to brown

  3. Meanwhile heat the oil over a moderate heat in a large non-stick pan and add the cardamoms. Wait till they sizzle.

  4. Add the onions, ginger and garlic and fry till golden brown on medium heat. Now add the cinnamon and red chilli powder and stir frequently to almost complete this ready made meal.

  5. Now add the tomatoes and the tomato puree. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

  6. To complete this gourmet ready made meal, empty the chicken from the roasting tin into the pan, stir well cover and cook for a further 10 minutes on low to medium heat

  7. Serve with this ready made meal a delicious ready made side from The Liberated Cook.
