Tofu Vegetable Lasagna

(serves 8)

Cooking Instructions for Easy Meals:
Gourmet Chicken Masala

  1. To cook this easy meal start with chopped onions, garlic, celery, carrots and mushrooms and saute for 4-5 minutes.

  2. This is an easy meal to spicen up, just add stewed tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, oregano and basil to taste.

  3. Simmer until the sauce for this easy dinner has thickened

  4. Prepare a baking pan for the lasagna.

  5. Cut peppers, eggplant, and zucchini, which are easy vegetables to find for this meal. Add the vegetables to the sauce.

  6. Add a layer of tofu followed by more sauce and vegetables, and then more cheese to build up the layers of this easy meal.

  7. With tin foil covering the pan, bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.

  8. Uncover the pan and continue to bake for 15 more minutes to finish cooking this easy meal.

  9. Let this simple meal stand for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.

Easy Meals Cooking Instructions:

  1. Dice a chinese cabbage or bok chuy into thin pieces for this easy meal.

  2. In a wok or skillet heat vegetable oil and saute minced garlic and ginger.

  3. For this easy meal add sliced carrots to wok and simply saute them for a couple minutes, then add the cabbage.

  4. Add mushrooms, green onion, sliced broccoli, and baby corns.

  5. Pour in vegetable broth, 25 ml of light soy sauce, and cook this simple dinner until vegetable are a little tender.

  6. Mix water and about 4 tea spoons of cornstarch and use to thicken the broth and vegetable mixture for this meal.

  7. With tin foil covering the pan, bake this meal0 in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for only 15 minutes for a simple dinner.

  8. Serve this easy meal as a healthy vegetarian alternative, and try our other simple meals above.
