Shop during regular business hours and purchase gourmet meals, or shop for your food in our gourmet grocery section.
Order online by creating a gourmet meal package or from any or the six categories in our gourmet groceries web pages. Choose for us to deliver your meals and food or choose to pick up your food.

Directions to Order Online with meal pickup or delivery

Verify your items or choose to delete, update, or continue to shop.

You must be logged in to continue with the next two steps.

Once logged in your personal data will fill the fields in step two.
Check to make sure your personal data is correct, make any changes to fix incorrect data.
The pick up option for getting your meals is selected on the drop down menu. Select delivery for your meals from this drop down box for delivery. The meal delivery field will then be active and you can make changes to your delivery contact information.
Choose a month from the drop down list above the calender and choose a day by clicking on a date on the calender for meal delivery.
Last step is to review your order with the applicable taxes and meal/food delivery charge, if you selected delivery, and then click order to finalize and place your order.
You will be contacted shortly to securely collect your credit card information over the phone to hold your order and to confirm a delivery time for your meals.

Lamb Loin

lamb Loin in Thyme Sauce

(serves 4)

Cooking Instructions&ndash if not arranging meal delivery

Start out this meal by setting your oven top to medium for your frying pan, then add a little vegetable oil to cook two shallots.
Combine chicken broth, wine, thyme and diced carrots into frying pan and boil.
Let simmer for thirty minutes, while waiting for a meal delivery from The Liberated Cook.
Meanwhile bake lamb loins for about 10 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit
Cut peppers, eggplant, and zucchini and add to the sauce.
Add a layer of tofu followed by more sauce and vegetables, and then more cheese.
With tin foil covering the pan, bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Take this time to order a number of meals online and remember you can choose delivery at checkout, so you have time to cook.
Add the sauce on top of the lamb loins and serve with your favorite side of potatoes or pasta from The Liberated Cook.
