We need two days notice for online or phone orders of premade meals, orders of gourmet food, or groceries.

We prepare premade meals daily for our in-store selections. Stop by and see the chefs and bakers in action in our open kitchen.

A Cedar Plank Salmon Premade Meal

(serves 7)

Cooking Instructions for another Premade Meal:
Gourmet Chicken Masala

  1. For this premade meal you musy presoak cedar planks in a pale of water for 24 hours.

  2. Place presoaked cedar planks on a baking tray lightly coated with cooking oil, then place premade deboned salmon steaks on planks.

  3. Sprinkle the salmon for this premade meal with lemon juice and bake at 220 degrees celsius for 10 or 15 minutes.

  4. Steam your favorite vegatables as the premade side for this meal.

  5. Place salmon steaks on top of vegetables to complete this meal.

Premade Fennel and Bass Fish

(serves 4)

Gourmet Chicken Masala
Cooking Instructions for Premade Meal with Bass:

  1. To begin this premade meal, first remove stems and leaves from a fennel bulb and cut the fennel into thin pieces.

  2. Saute fennel pieces in a pan with cooking oil and fresh garlic for 7 to 10 minutes.

  3. Premake a cleaned bass fish and place the fennel between the two halves of the fish, and sprinkle some lemon juice.

  4. Lay the Bass in a pan filled with some cooking oil, then, coat the fish with oil and season it.

  5. Add white wine to the pan holding the premade fish and fennel.

  6. Bake the fish at 220 degrees celsius for 15- 25 minutes based on the size of the bass fish.

  7. Enjoy this premade bass fish dish with any premade side found in our in-store selections.
