With advance notice we can accomodate many dietary requirements by providing tasty alternatives.

Whether you prefer to custom-make your meals to suit your individual or family’s tastes and food sensitivities or enjoy the added convenience of having our culinary team prepare them for you, all you have to do at dinner time is simply heat and serve.

Alberta Beef Short Ribs Braised in a Cider and Chipotle BBQ Sauce *

Tender pieces of boneless beef short ribs slowly braised in our homemade BBQ sauce. Includes a saute of sweet peppers, red onion and corn with a side of grainy mustard and green onion smashed potatoes (no dairy). Heat and serve in 20 minutes.
