Our stocks and sauces are prepared in-store from scratch without preservatives. Pick up a container on the way home for a gourmet twist on spaghetti night, and don't forget a bag of our fresh pasta-made

daily in our gourmet food store. All our meals and soups are made using our fresh stocks and sauces.

All pasta dishes are now made with fresh pasta to compliment our already fresh, sauces, and other dishes. We sell bulk fresh pasta, made daily with our own pasta machine, which cooks

much faster grocery store bought pasta.

As we try to provide more organic grocery products, now try our new line of gluten free, organic crackers, by Nicole's Divine Crackers in a variety of flavours like Tomato-Tomahto! that our customer's have mentioned taste as good as or even better than regular crackers.

Dressings

Are you looking for a new dressing to jazz up your salads? We carry dressings in our retail section that provide unique flavour combinations.

Some salad dressing flavours include roasted garlic, gorgonzola pear, and

sundried tomato. Or create new pasta dishes with a variety of different sauces like; Tuscan merlot, pinot grigio, roast-garlic Chianti, and four-herb.

Our Chef's in store flavoured butters include red wine garlic, rosemary, onion & curry, and more. The Liberated Cook has a selection of fresh pasta. Made in-store from all natural ingredients.

All of our prepared meal pasta dishes use our fresh pasta that is prepared from scratch from our instore pasta machine.

We make two or three different types of pasta, and switch it up each week so we don't get bored.

We can make Farfalle, Fettuccine, Fusilli, Lasagne, Linguini, shell, Macaroni, Penne, Cannelloni, Ravioli, Tortelloni, Spaghetti, and more.

Experience the new improved ordering system with an express one page check out system. Order individual entrees or a meal package and it will be ready to pick up on the day of our choice.

Find Organic Candies in our grocery section and keep with to goal to provide healthy alternatives to artificial, and highly processed foods. The liberated cook now offers these candies in Lemon, tangerine, mint, and liquorice flavours made from all natural, mostly organic ingredients.
