The Liberated CookBook Club
The Liberated Cookbook club is a fun, community-driven way to explore fresh, plant-forward recipes together.
The club brings together both new and experienced cooks, creating a community centered around exploring the vibrant world of plant-based cuisine.
The club encourages new cooks with approachable recipes and guidance from more seasoned members to focus on building confidence — learning basics like knife skills, seasoning, and plant-based pantry staples.. We celebrate wins, even the "imperfect" ones!

For experienced cooks this is a chance to dive into more complex dishes, try unique ingredients, refine techniques, and bring it all full circle by mentoring beginners and sharing based on your own experience.

Most importantly, this is all to create community. Members can trade tips,
-
A shared online space (a group chat, Facebook group, or Discord) to keep the conversation going between meetups — sharing pictures, successes, and mishaps.
-
Special guest events — maybe a local chef demo or a nutritionist Q&A.
Here’s how it works:
-
Each month, the group selects a different plant-based cookbook — anything from beginner-friendly guides to more advanced, globally-inspired collections.
-
Members cook a few recipes from the book, experimenting with ingredients and techniques throughout the month.
-
At the end of the month, we gather virtually for a potluck-style meeting/discussion, sharing dishes, experiences, and tips.
