The Liberated Supper Society
Come as you are, leave nourished and inspired.
The Liberated Supper Society is your monthly invitation to slow down, gather, and savor the joy of plant-based cooking in community. We meet around a cozy table to enjoy vibrant flavors, experience new dishes, and celebrate the art of liberated cooking - food that feels good, tastes good, and creates connection.

This is personal...
The Liberated Supper Society is deeply personal to me. I grew up here, but like many, I’ve felt the ache of wanting deeper connection and community when coming back home. Creating these suppers is my way of building the space I once longed for - a warm, welcoming table where we can show up as we are, share stories, and slow down together.
In my time as a plant-based professional cook, I’ve seen how vibrant, vegetable-forward food can nourish not just our bodies but our mental and emotional states as well. My hope is to bring this way of eating to this community, making plant-based cooking feel joyful, accessible, and inspiring. The Liberated Supper Society is more than a meal; it’s a space to connect, discover, and feel at home.
I can’t wait to cook for you.
Why "Supper Society"?
Because it’s more than a club; it’s a collective. To me, society holds the spirit of shared values, mutual care, and creating something together. It feels warmer, more intentional, and rooted in community. The Liberated Supper Society isn’t just about coming to dinner; it’s about building a space where vibrant, plant-forward meals spark conversation, connection, and a sense of belonging we can carry into our daily lives.
