How It Works

Eating well should feel supportive - not stressful. My personal chef services are designed to simplify your life while helping you feel nourished, energized, and confident in your food choices. From planning to grocery shopping to cleanup, I take care of the details so you can enjoy meals that align with your goals and lifestyle.

My process is collaborative and intentional.

 

Step 1: Consultation

After reviewing your intake form, our conversation will include:

  • Meal prep location (in your home or delivered)

  • Your eating patterns and daily rhythms

  • Dietary goals and lifestyle intentions

  • Allergies, sensitivities, or medical considerations

  • Foods you love (and those you don’t)

  • Previous approaches you have tried

  • Your kitchen layout and storage preferences

  • Desired frequency of service

  • And more…
     

A personalized plan that is informed by my knowledge of nourishing, health-supportive food choices will be developed.

Step 2: Menu Development

With respect to your personal preferences, a menu will be made available for your review a week in advance.

We will discuss adjustments, substitutions, or even a new direction if needed. I’m also happy to collaborate with your doctor, dietitian/nutritionist, or trainer at this stage to support your overall wellness plan.

 

Step 3: Cook Day

I handle grocery shopping and prepare meals in your home or to be delivered. Your food is labeled and stored according to your preferences.

 

(Groceries are invoiced separately and due upon receipt.)

 

Step 4: Weekly Feedback

Every week we’ll connect to discuss what you loved and what you’d like adjusted. This is a partnership!

Personal Chef

I provide weekly private chef/meal prep services focusing on whole foods to sustain you and your goals. I work collaboratively with you to create a menu that fits your preferences and any restrictions you may have.

Meal Plans/Shopping Lists

I understand some of us may enjoy cooking and want to be more hands on but also want some of the guess work taken out. This is where meal plans and shopping lists come in. I will discuss with you your goals and how many meals/how much time you want to dedicate to cooking each week. From there I will create a custom meal plan and work closely with you to answer any questions you may have along the way.

Nutrition Coaching

As your coach, I will create a trusted partnership with you to provide guidance, support, and advice to realize your health goals. By working together, we will create a sustainable approach based on regular check-ins and feedback after implementing recommended strategies.  I take an incredibly personal and holistic approach. We will not only look at physical factors, but also mental, emotional, and environmental.

My Food Philosophy

I’m a plant-based, health-focused personal chef, but my work isn’t about converting anyone to veganism. It’s about expanding what’s possible with plants.

 

I help clients learn, experience, and enjoy plant-centered meals that feel satisfying, balanced, and deeply nourishing. My cooking emphasizes whole foods and thoughtful preparation—meals that support energy, digestion, and long-term health without feeling restrictive or boring.

 

Through my services, I help clients reimagine the foods they already love. Many favorite comfort foods and everyday meals can be easily swapped for more health-supportive versions—without losing flavor, familiarity, or enjoyment. Along the way, clients often discover new favorites they never expected to love.

 

Small, intentional changes in what you eat can make a powerful difference in how you feel—not only physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. Over time, making wiser food choices builds confidence, optimism, and self-trust, helping food become a source of empowerment rather than stress.

 

My goal is to make those changes feel accessible, delicious, and sustainable—so healthier eating becomes something you genuinely look forward to.
